Disclaimer

For an engine carbon clean or a DPF clean service to be carried out successfully the vehicle's engine must be capable of maintaining a maximum of 3000 RPM for a time between 20 minutes and 2 hours (depending on which service is being performed).

The engine's cooling system must be in good working condition along with the internals of the engine block with no major oil leaks, oil burning or oil pressure issues. These areas of the engine are separate from the areas that are susceptible from carbon buildup and as such they need to be functioning correctly for the engine carbon clean and DPF clean process to work effectively. It is also the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure that the vehicle's timing belt is within Its lifetime limit.

We understand that mechanical problems can arise at any time and that not all engine issues are connected with carbon build up.

If the technician discovers a problem the owner is unaware of  he will guide you through the next steps to take before a engine carbon clean or DPF clean can take place successfully.

This is an extremely rare occurrence but should the technician be unable to carry out the carbon clean service there will be no charge.

J G Carbon Clean reserves the right to refuse carrying out or stopping the engine carbon clean or DPF clean service at any point if the vehicle's owner has been found to have been knowingly dishonest about any existing mechanical problems the car may have that could affect the end result of an engine carbon clean or DPF clean.

J G Carbon Clean is not responsible for any vehicle or mechanical issues existing or otherwise that are not connected to carbon buildup areas.
