I was really impressed with the service Steve provided. Communication was great throughout and everything was explained thoroughly to me. I really needed it done fast as my MOT was due so I messaged asking him to come out asap to sort out my DPF filter and he came out the next day and arrived bright and early. The DPF filter was clogged to 400% and he managed to get it down to 8.8%.
The price for the clean was also cheaper than the garage.

Steve came out to me a few weeks ago when I had been having DPF issues. He was so helpful and sorted my car right out. He gave me great advice on how to keep the DPF clean and I would highly recommend and use again if it blocks in the future. I had a vivaro done which is now a lot more responsive and anti pollution code has gone and didn't come back after a hard drive either.
He also did a transit that is running a lot quieter and smoother after the clean, big difference to a 22 year old vehicle.

Contacted Steve following some issues I was having with my 2016 VW Transporter T6. His communication was great and gave recommendations based on the problems I described. When he visited to run the clean he went above and beyond to help resolve the issues I was having and to fix other things that needed attention. I've done a few trips in the van since he worked his magic on it and I can honestly say its driving better than ever. It's noticeably quieter and smoother to drive and I'm getting around 10MPG more than I have ever got before both on around town and longer trips which is amazing! It's genuinely improved the normal driving qualities of the van so I'd definitely recommend Steve and his services to anyone who is having DPF or EGR related issues, or even just to refresh your car back to life. It's amazing how much performance this maintenance has unlocked.

Steve, I just came home from London, no engine check light came on and the Suzuki is very responsive now. Keep up the good work. I cant wait to give the Audi a run now too. I am still amazed at what a carbon clean can do. It was so much fun to drive again. After having a number of issues with my car including the glow plug light intermittently staying on resulting in it going into limp mode, poor performance and fuel economy, a lot of black smoke, lumpy tick over and lurching on deceleration I contacted J G carbon clean to see if they could find out what the problem was and after a few tests Steve recommended an engine carbon clean.
After doing the work the result was amazing. All the issues disappeared and the difference is staggering.
I would thoroughly recommend having the job done by Steve. A thoroughly professional job and friendly service.

Hi Steve.
Thank you for coming to do the car late yesterday. I didn't get to Nottingham until 1am due to road closures etc. Gotta say that I was shocked how good the car ran EVEN just from leaving the house. Over the next 4 hours it just got better and better. Acceleration is smoother and at one point i was getting 58.8 MPG, I've never got that before! lets see how the week goes but as of now i am a very happy customer!

After my car broke down I contacted J G Carbon Clean in a bit of an emergency. Thinking I may have to wait a week, Steve managed to get me an appointment the very next day. He was friendly and professional, kept me fully informed on the process before coming out and again when he arrived.
Despite Steve saying it was possibly his toughest job to date and at times it seemed that it may not work for my car Steve's persistence won through in the end.
Being a bit of a sceptic I was worried about 'hidden extras' but Steve was absolutely true to his word and the price I paid was the price I was given at the start.
The car is so much better than it has ever been since I've owned it and I am extremely pleased with the outcome!

I contacted Steve as I saw his advert on Facebook.
Very professional and courteous guy who listened to my vehicle problem and offered his expertise.
Arranged a time to come and do a thorough engine and DPF carbon clean and I have to say the results are amazing. The van feels so smooth again and the power delivery is back where it should be. I was a little worried that the DPF might need replacing but Steve successfully cleared the clogged filter and got my van back out working again.
Highly recommend Steve, awesome fella and knows his motors inside out.

Van drives better now than when I first bought it, so so responsive. I only have to rest my foot on the accelerator and it goes, before you had put your foot down at least half way and then it may think about going.

Hi Steve, thanks again for coming out today. Really great to meet you. Super impressed with your communication both before arrival and during the visit. You come across as extremely genuine and passionate in what you do. I must say I was perhaps a little sceptical at first weather this carbon clean thing was a gimmick but after a quick blast (keeping within the speed limits of course) the car is running better than it previously was. Bearing in mind I had no issues with the car anyway, I just wanted to have some preventative maintenance conducted.
It feels more responsive, I shall keep an eye on my MPG when I do a longer run to see how much of an improvement there is. Thanks again for an excellent and professional service.
QUICK UPDATE... Fuel economy has definitely improved. Was getting 28-30 MPG and now looking at about 36-40 MPG. (3.0 Engine) Thanks again.

Fantastic advice, fantastic service and a really good value cleaning process. Steve's experience and expertise in the area is first class, he couldn't help enough and took time to explain the process inside out. I have already recommended him to others and I will definitely use his services again.
The process itself was carried out in a fuss free manor and exactly as Steve outlined during our initial discussions. The car afterwards, well it felt like a new drive again, different car altogether.
