SERVICE 1... DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) CLEAN.
This service is carried out by injecting a chemical cleaning agent directly into the DPF via either the exhaust temperature sensor, the o2 sensor or most commonly through the differential pressure sensor hose.
The injected chemicals enter the DPF in liquid form and then quickly expands into a foam that simply breaks down the carbon, soot & ash. After a short waiting period where the chemicals are left to work their magic the unwanted contents of the DPF are then forced out of the exhaust system under the natural pressures of the engine running at various RPM leaving the DPF clean, the pressures back down to where they should be and the vehicle back to normal operation.
This service also includes a full pre & post diagnostic check and where necessary a forced DPF regeneration.

This whole process will typically take around 2-3 hours.

£245 per vehicle or £400 for two vehicles at the same time.
SERVICE 2... ENGINE CARBON CLEAN. (SUITABLE FOR BOTH PETROL & DIESEL ENGINES).

This service is carried out by using hydrogen gas to burn away carbon bulidup within the hotter areas of the engine such as turbo veins, EGR areas, injector tips, valves, combustion areas etc. These are all the main areas that can cause serious performance issues which will inevitably lead to DPF problems.
The hydrogen gas is fed into the engine via the air intake system and follows the natural route of the air with the engine running throughout the process. Over a timed period the gas reacts with the carbon, burns it away and exits it via the exhaust system returning full performance, cleaner emissions and much better MPG.

​This whole process will typically take around 2 hours with the engine running at various RPM throughout the process.

£160 per vehicle or £260 for 2 vehicles at the same time.
SERVICE 3... DPF AND ENGINE CLEAN COMBINED.
This service is a combination of both full DPF and engine cleans together.
To have both of these services carried out at the same time is the single best way to ensure that soot and carbon buildup are at their lowest levels and ensuring that your vehicles engine and DPF are as clean as they possibly can be.
This service will take on average 3-4 hours.
£335 per vehicle or £600 for two vehicles at the same time.
DPF FORCED REGENERATION (on it's own)
The purpose of a forced regeneration is to burn away the soot from the DPF that hasn't been removed whilst driving. Most forced regenerations can be performed on the vehicle whilst stationary with the aid of the diagnostic computer.
However some vehicle manufactures only allow for a forced regeneration to be performed whilst driving. If this is the case the cost will rise by an extra £15.
£120 for a stationary regeneration.
£135 for a driven regeneration.

COMPUTERISED DIAGNOSTIC FAULT CHECK. (on it's own)

For all DPF regenerations the vehicle will need to have at least a quarter of a tank of fuel (25%). It will not use anywhere near this amount of fuel but it is a requirement of the computer to carry out the process correctly.
